How we work

Value-added approach

To help you create value-added for your projects and attain quality in our jobs we devote special attention to your needs, expectations and technical specifications as well as to the processes and activities behind our services.

Flexible production process with constant short-cycle feedback

To ensure that our 3D images and animations are fit for your purposes, our production process is broken down into 2 or 3 phases that involve constant short-cycle feedback.

The initial phase may require one, two or more deliveries to check camera position, shape, colour, textures and make all the necessary alterations according to your instructions.

If you are happy with the results, we move on to the second phase to enhance the visual representation of your project. During this phase we perform additional image deliveries in order to check illumination and other aspects of visual importance like people, background and light according to preferred daytime.

Regular communication during project completion

We use Skype voice chat, e-mail, messenger and telephone to facilitate communication with our clients. This way, you can contact us any time during project completion.

Architectural rendering process

Production of 3D architectural renderings requires performing two different activities:
  1. Modelling (creation of 3D models)
  2. Rendering (creation of 3D rendered images)
When producing 3D architectural artwork we start by building a comprehensive 3D model -or scene- from the sketches or plans you submit to us. The camera position -or angle from where the picture is seen- comes later. Thus, we create the elevations (also called façades) from which the 3D rendered images will later be obtained. You can ask us to model one, two or four elevations for your project (front, side and back views).

Once you are pleased with the 3D model we have created for you, we start rendering the 3D photo-real images of the elevations modelled. We can produce one single image or a series of images to visualise your project. Variety of 3D images in a series depends on the camera position that is used. But changing the angle from where the picture is taken requires adjusting global illumination and other aspects of visual importance so as to maintain the image's life-like appearance.

To ensure you will pick the right images for your project, you can ask us to make changes to the rendered images during the rendering phase. Alterations are limited to variations in camera position and other minor changes as long as they do not imply model redesign.
