Pricing

We are committed to providing a cost-effective service to our clients. To ensure this, we do not quote per square meters but per scene, that is, the 3D virtual model. A plus for working with scenes is that different 3D rendered images can be obtained from the elevations-or façades- modelled. This way you can ask us to create the 3D model and a series of 3D images to visualise your project.

Our rendering rate schedule is in line with the rendering process and comprises a one time 3D modelling fee, for both exterior and interior spaces, and a charge per camera view. Interior rendering modelling rates are appraised on a per room basis. Assessment of animation projects includes a modelling fee plus a fee per minute of animation.

Alterations

We do not charge extra for alterations to the 3D rendered images as long as they do not imply a redesign of the 3D model.

If your project needs a combination of services (fly-through videos, floor plans, and 3D renderings and so on) we can prepare a combo package for you so that you have a special price per item.

Priority services

We provide a priority service to meet urgent needs. Since urgent jobs imply performing at higher speed but without scarifying quality level, there is a small surcharge on regular service rates.
